These terms apply to your use of the memeow.fun interface. Read them before accepting or submitting a transaction.
1. Your wallet, your decisions
memeow provides an interface to blockchain contracts and third-party services. You control your wallet and authorize your own transactions. Never share your private keys or recovery phrase. Information on the site is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and a listing is not an endorsement.
2. Using the interface
You must be legally able to accept these terms and use the relevant services where you are located. Do not use the interface for fraud, market manipulation, unlawful activity, impersonation or infringement of others' rights. Only upload content you have permission to use. Creating a token does not give you rights to another person's name, brand or artwork.
3. Risk notice
- Tokens and NFTs can lose all value. Liquidity may be insufficient to sell, and market prices can be manipulated.
- Locked liquidity does not guarantee safety, returns, a minimum price or the ability to exit.
- Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Verify the network, addresses, amounts, approvals, fees and slippage before signing.
- Smart contracts, wallets, networks, bridges, price sources and third-party services can fail or be exploited. Displayed data may be delayed or incorrect.
- Features, trading rules and fees vary by model and network. Protective features and orders do not guarantee execution or prevent losses.
- Tokens paired with other assets carry those assets' risks. A stock-linked token is not necessarily direct ownership of stock; its issuer's terms and restrictions apply.
4. Fees and third parties
Network fees, pool fees, launch fees and third-party charges may apply. Review the transaction preview and contract parameters. Third-party services have their own terms. memeow does not guarantee their availability, pricing or performance.
5. Availability and responsibility
The interface is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, error-free information or financial results. You are responsible for your decisions and checking whether your use is lawful. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Updates and acceptance
Material changes will be published with a new version and the interface will ask you to accept again. Acceptance is saved in this browser with the version and time; it is not a wallet signature or an on-chain record. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may require accepting again.
